I am a wine producer in the “fun testing fase” for the last 8 years, wine bar owner in Porto specialized in wine tasting that actually teach you something, and I am a DipWSET Candidate at the WSET London School. In 2020 I was supposed to launch unique wine tours in the Douro Valley and in the Vinho Verde region. Due to COVID-19 I am now doing Online Wine Experience that took off.
There is one thing that I want to change in this world through tastings and valuable information:
Consumers are easily tricked by marketing and buy wine at the wine shop or at the restaurant without having any idea of what they are getting. You are completely at the mercy of the person serving you. And let me assure you. It has nothing to do with religion, social status or skin color. Unless someone honest is in front of you, it has to do with whatever they want to sell you. I am here to change that by educating your wine life!
